1.8. Architectural design   

As above for CAD/CAM but used by architects for

building construction and stress analysis. Again the data can be used

to "build" the object and test it against severe conditions.

It is also possible to obtain "bill of materials" from the database:

i.e how many bricks, how many light switches, etc. This aids in

the costing of a project.

Could also be used as a straight drafting medium for design work as
