Factory library

With the kind permission of the authors of Singular, G.-M. Greuel, G. Pfister, H. Schoenemann and R. Stobbe, University of Kaiserslautern, Macaulay 2 incorporates 'Factory', a Singular library of polynomial routines which provides for factorization of polynomials. That library is copyright 1996 by Gert-Martin Greuel and Ruediger Stobbe. We provide a copy of the license in the file Macaulay2/licenses/factory.lic.
